leaRNing Groups
All yoga & mindful learning groups are designed to meet the needs of all types of learners and movers. Consistent rhythms, predictable routines, and small class size ensure that all children are supported, engaged, and as successful as they can be. Children practice strategies to find peace and calm their bodies and minds through physical postures, breathing exercises, sensory play, free play, creative expression, and music. We believe in the healing power of the nature and utilize outdoor spaces as much as we can.

Yoga & MindfulNess groups include:
Mixed-Age (recommended for ages 4+)
Zen Girls (recommended for girls ages 8-12ish)
Teen Boys (recommended for boys ages 12+)
Namaste with Luna (recommended for children ages 4+ who will benefit from having a dog present)
